I'm Excellent at what I do because I've been focused on a specific niche, CPG Package Design & Branding - Creative Recruitment, for over 6 yrs
People always ask me, "What's the Secret to Your Success?" There are so many things I want to tell them but mostly I know myself very well. I know what makes me happy and it jives with what I do for a living.
For example:
Freedom/Independence/Autonomy = Self-Employed; entrepreneurial
Love to travel: Can work anywhere in the World from a laptop (bought a server)
Proud to be considered an Expert in my Field = Mastery of a focused niche; I am known to my Clients and Candidates as a trusted advisor.
I want it to mean something: The most satisfying experience is when I made a rightFIT match w/a Candidate and I believe I've helped them change their life; with my Clients, I truly believe I've partnered with them to help them grow their business by presenting top talent who I know will succeed. It's a rush!!!! I'm not saving lives but I want to feel like I'm making a difference and leaving the place better than I found it.
If I could tell my Clients anything, it would be Trust Me!!!! No one will work harder to get you what you want and need and no one will be more committed than me/rightbrain recruiting, LLC to help you grow your business.
